Adenci is not responsible for actions, errors, outages, or policies of these third parties.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Adenci does not guarantee:
That Content will be accurate, non-infringing, or error-free
That campaign performance results will meet your expectations
That the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects
Adenci expressly disclaims all liability for:
Any damage, loss, or claims arising from Content generated by the Services
Any publishing of Content on third-party platforms
Any reliance on recommendations, insights, or analytics provided by the Services
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Adenci and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Adenci’s total liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adenci from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Services
Your Content (including AI-generated Content)

Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in California.
